• Water Full Reminder: The app notifies you when the 2.0-gallon water tank is full, and the dehumidifier will automatically shut off.

• Auto Defrost: This function automatically eliminates frost, which protects the internal components and prolongs the life of the dehumidifier.

Drainage Tips: Ensure that drainage facilities are positioned lower than the outlet and that hoses are run downward without kinks for smooth water flow.

Usage Recommendations: After your first WiFi connection, it's advisable to keep the dehumidifier off for 15 minutes and then restart it to enable an over-the-air firmware update to version 1.00.20, enhancing your dehumidification experience.

Initially, when powered on, some sound and odor may be present — this is normal, so please allow approximately 10 minutes. Dehumidifiers generate heat to absorb moisture, and the efficiency ratings include 50 pints per day at 65℉ and 60% relative humidity (RH), up to 109 pints per day at 86℉ and 80% RH. To protect the compressor, it will engage only after three minutes of operation and will pause for 10 minutes after every eight hours of use.

Our dehumidifiers are designed for spaces up to 900 square feet, with optimal performance up to 4500 square feet, although efficacy may diminish in larger areas. Operating temperature ranges from 41 to 94℉, while it functions effectively in humidity levels between 0-95% RH. For best results, maintain a clearance of at least 8 inches on all sides and 16 inches above the unit.
